I am currently a Visiting Assistant Professor of Gender, Women’s, and Sexuality Studies at Grinnell College. Before coming to Iowa, I served as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Gender, Sexuality and Feminist Studies at Middlebury College for two years, where I was also the Director of the Queer Studies House in 2015-16.
I received my PhD (here’s my dissertation abstract) from Emory University’s interdisciplinary Graduate Institute of the Liberal Arts with a certificate in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies in 2014. In 2016, I completed a Mediation Skills Training Certificate at Northwestern University’s School of Professional Studies. As of Summer 2017, I am pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Higher Education Leadership and Management through UMass Amherst Continuing & Professional Education.
